Pay as you go users cannot book online but may book classes up to two days in advance either in centre or via telephone. Payment is taken on booking to secure the place.
Please arrive with enough time to set yourself up with the right equipment and confirm attendance with the instructor before your class begins. For health and safety late arrivals may not be permitted access to the class. If you are unable to attend a class please cancel the place as soon as possible.
Spin: An exercise class on a stationary bike focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery.
Aquafit: A great exercise class working out to music in the water. Fine for non swimmers, pre/post natal and those with joint problems or injuries.
Swimfit: Get fit, stay in shape, improve swimming stamina or stroke efficiency by following structured programme cards and the guidance of our experienced coach. Swimmers need to be capable of swimming 20 lengths for this class.
Bodypump: Barbell workout that strengthens all major muscle groups using squats, presses, lifts and curls.
Body Conditioning: Low impact exercise class, using small studio weights or resistance bands to strengthen and tone your body.
Legs, Bums & Tums: Low impact class that focuses on the lower body and abdominals.
Pilates: Ideal for improving posture and core strength, incorporating stretching and toning.
Core Stability: An exercise class which specifically targets the abdominal wall, the pelvis, the lower back and the diaphragm using the stability balls.
Zumba: Aerobic dance program with Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves.
Circuits: A combination of high-intensity cardiovascular exercises and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness.
Bodybalance: A blend of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates that builds flexibility and strength and incorporates a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music.
Yoga: Exercise and relaxation using postures, breathing methods designed to have a beneficial effect on posture, flexibility and strength.
20/20/20: 20 minutes of low impact aerobics, 20 minutes of body strengthening and 20 minutes abdominal work and stretching.
Running Club: Running club lead by qualified instructors with a choice of different distances available from 3k – 10k. Beginners and advanced runners all welcome.
Stretch: Group exercise class using stretches to aid recovery and development.
Family Fit: Held during the school holidays get fitter together. Ages 5 – 15. View the live programme for dates and times.
Our spacious studio and 4 metre projector screen provides an excellent environment for our Interactive Spin Sessions.
On your own or with friends, if the studio is empty simply see a member of the Fitness Team to help set up and enter the world of Interactive Spin.
